Service Guarantee: As a client you have the right to adjust our fee if you are not completely satisfied with our services.

Commission: Our fees are calculated as a percentage of gross rents paid over the lease term and are customarily paid by the landlord and duly noted in the lease or purchase document. In the event of a discrepancy, other mutually beneficial arrangements will be made between ExclusiveTenantRep.com and the client.
